I have a pond located in Vermont that's 1/2 - 3/4 acre average 4-6' deep with some center spots 15'+. This summer I have a new pondweed that's stringy/bushy and appears to be either Sago or Widgeon. There are little round seed clusters at some of the tips of the stalks. The clusters are roundish, pinky nail size and have approx. 6 "seeds" that look like sesame seeds. Can someone help me with a process to get rid of this weed? The more I read on this website, the more questions I have on the best way to handle this problem. The pond has LMB and a variety of other critters. I have good pics, but don't know how to attach them. I read the FAQ and don't have my own site or URL(?) to download from. Maybe I can email to someone who can help? Thanks in advance.
