Well there must be a couple different subspecies of FH then, because I have some other ones that are almost all black and have, well, much fatter heads.
I did buy some FH from Andersons, and some from a local fish farm, so I guess there would be some differences.
My "other" FH's look like this, are much more reclusive, and have different behavior:
