If i was you i would have drove my truck thru his fence no back up i would have drove my tractor thru his fence picked up that pump with my front end loader and dumped it into his pond! I have spent thousands of dollars on my pond and would gladly go to jail and pay the fine for what i did. Better yet you should have put a clamp on that hose so it would hopefully tear up his pump! Man u got way more patience than i for sure! And the Hatfields and Mccoys would be on for sure. everything that was growing in the ground at his place would mysteriously die.
