The county health department will be able to provide you with the names of laboratory sources for water testing. You will have to pay the lab a nominal fee, but it will document the "after" sampling. You really need to do this immediately. Let's face it; it's the whole (and only) reason that you are here. The washed out ridge and trespassing is piddle. The attention-getting story here is the damage to your pristine pond and the horribly negative effect it has had on a hard-working woman doing her level best to single-handedly scrape out a living, breed beautiful horses, and teach young girls a fine art. That's the story I see.
