Helpless,welcome to the forum.Sorry this had to be your first postI would think you could take him to court for distruction of private property.Also,I would notify the utility companies and let them know whats going on.Hang on,Im not the expert,but Im sure theyll be along shortly.Have you spoken to a lawyer yet?If hes messing with your livelyhood it seems he should be liable.why did he go to the trouble to pump it into your pond?
