a month is totally unsat. They should have had a new one out the door before you got yours in the mail. What were the symptoms with your unit? The controllers are similar whether in a $500 or a $75 unit. They obviously know that there are issues. I wonder if low battery voltage is causing the processor to glitch? Or the motor is causing a spike on the DC line.
