I have a few pellet trained bass in my pond. I caught a couple by accident...these little guys are about 7" long and look like they could stand to go on a diet. I swear I heard one weezing. The girth to length ratio is crazy and look like they waddle when they swim, kind of like a tadpole. They need to be on Finny Craig

It will be interesting to keep up with them as they grow.

Although the pelletized feed is supposed to be 100% nutritionally complete, I like the idea of turning it off for a couple of days per week so they can hustle some natural foods. I have no scientific background that qualifies me to say this but think that diet diversification is important to all predators. Of course, your fat boys may not be able to hustle enough to catch a BG. I doubt that they have a lot of experience with it.

I wonder what would happen to them if you quit feeding? Yeah, I'm a sicko.

This has the makings of a really good YouTube video. Is FatMcB willing to perform for the camera at the conference?

OK, carry on.....

Oh, don't sound all innocent-like.

Seems to me like you were the conductor here...

Well if you put it that way, I guess I was just giving cooking instructions.

Notice how Ewest is staying out of this thread.

Sounds like a case of plausible deniability to me.

Or perhaps just common sense.

I was never very good at either one so I'm not certain.
