bawplank, while I hope you can do all you can to bust these scumbags, it's a good time to look to future prevention.
If you have guns, hang some targets around your pond and light 'em up for a few days. Leave the targets hanging with bullet holes in them. Put the targets near the good places to fish.
I hung metal coffee cans around. They look good with multiple bullet holes in them.
You also have the option to try and hang auto-game cameras.
There are many more deterents you can use.
I'm short on time now, but maybe we can put up some links of past threads where we've discussed these methods in great detail (hint hint ewest!).
