I don't have a permit, but I do have a very brazen bird that has squawked at me 3 different times when trying to land at the ponds edge and all three times I was without smoke pole, not again! I wont be out of reach. The sucker killed another cat fish that was way too big for him to eat no telling how many of my HBG and RES that he has gotten but I can say not too many feeding.
