I was thinking of stocking some Tilapia in a small 1/2 acre pond in Mississippi. I was told by the people on the MS wildlife forum that they are illegal to stock in Mississippi. They say there is a $2,000.00 fine if they escape from your pond. And they said they will escape. Any comments on this and is there any people from MS stocking them? THANKS
