Pond Boss Forums AQUATIC VEGETATION Controlling unwanted plants Tilapia source Virginia?

Greetings all;
Providing I can get Virginia to allow me to stock tilapia in my pond (which doesn't look too promising right now), I'm at a loss where to obtain them at. Does anybody know a source in Va, or a close source that can mail them in? Pond size is <1 Acre, so not alot are required.
