Greg, We should consider ourselves lucky if we get born into a family with a great father. Your family was lucky to have a great father.
Good point Bill. There are some real slacker fathers out there. They were good at the reproduction end and that was it.
I even know a few people that don't even talk to their fathers which is sad. I have a sister like that. I don't think she knows what she is missing, and even if she finally realizes it, in a few years it may be too late. What's really unbelieveable is my dad is as good as it gets. He's the most unselfish and hardworking man I have ever known.
