It says Pardee is 2,257 acres and 37 miles of shoreline. Isn't 2257 a typo then? Seems to me with 37 miles of shoreline it should be more like 22,570 acres. Maybe I'm wrong? Smithville Lake by me in Missouri is said to be 7,190 acres with 175 miles of shoreline, so 2,257 acres with 37 miles of shoreline doesn't seem out of line to me.
