I live in a neighborhood and i just found out that the pond that i have been stocking seems to have 2 2' or 3' pipes. I am woundering if the LMB will swim through and go to other ponds?I thought it was just run off from the streets and the homes that live on this pond.The BG seem to still be there they are all over the place.Thanx for any help, i plan to put vinyl lattice infront of these pipes to fix this if its a problem.

P.S. they would have to swim 200 yards to get through pipes to get to other pond.Only reason for asking is it has been hard to catch any fish in the pond i have been stocking.Any help?????

Yeah, I can't think of any reason for them to stay home. What is the purpose for the pipes?
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

They just connect to one another.So i plan to put vinyl lattice infront of the pipes.I live in a 300 home neighborhood.So i have been stocking aloooooot of BG and adult LMB.To this point i have brought 72 LMB and i have caught 1300+ BG in the past 4 months.I have since found the Some of the lmb have went to the next pond while the BG has stayed in the pond that i put them in.Oh well me and all the kids are haveing a blast fishing and waiting for the ocean to warm up so we can go surfing.Later on evry1

I would start feeding the fish in front of that pipe, and then when all the fish from the other ponds come back over, I would put the lattice on.
