Excellent post. Tim, that is a Brettski quality project post (and since you've been reading Pond Boss for a while you know that I mean that as a highest compliment).
If you ever need to adopt a couple of tax exemptions my wife and I would be available. She is relatively low maintence, can cook quite well and is an RN so she can heal your boo-boos. I am more like a 15 year old boy and will likely talk back to you, climb out the window when put on restriction, will play my music too loud (mostly classic rock and roll), may occasionally steal an adult beverage, and could on rare occasion use a curse word. On the other hand what 15 year do you know that can prepare your tax returns and assist you in personal financial planning. I normally wouldn't make such an offer of adoption but the tree house kinda sealed the deal.
