I was out catching fish with my daughter and and friends and my kid caught what at first I thought was a blue gill when I got over to her It looked like blue gill but had real small what appeared to be teeth and was long instead of round like the rest of my gill. It was also outlined in the most brilliant yellow all around the fins. I stocked with shellcrackers, crappie, bass, blue gill and channel cat. Can anyone Identify it right off hand? It could be a shell cracker but I really do not know? One guy from a distance even said hey what kind of bass is that? All other markings appeared to some sort of blue gill. Could it of been a hybrid????
