I've watched The Blues Brothers so many times, and I never noticed during the brief scene with Carrie Fisher (sp?) when she's in the beauty shop, and in the window it says "Curl Up & Dye."

I used to get my haircut in COllege staion at Curl up and dye. They had a foosball table so you could play while waiting on you cut. AWESOME

For reference, here is the salon from The Blues Brothers. You can see Carry's car (Grand Prix, IIRC) parked in front.  The same salon name was also used (later on) in the Jeff Goldblum/Geena Davis SciFi/Beach Party Musical-Romantic Comedy Earth Girls Are Easy.

I am several Lbs heavier than last year. I wasnt able to stay away from beer, chicken fried steaks, and Hamburgers. I tried, and I am here to tell you. Man cannot live on salads alone!!!
So this year I can eat giant steak and cold beers and hang out longer. I just enjoy being around Bruce when he is "putting out the vibe" in his Totally metrosexual shirt and pointy boots.

I do recall Bruce wearing a rather metro shirt last year at the Wyndham (Sheraton) bar.
Responding to a challenge, he also told us that if he wasn't so washed-up and married (or maybe it was just married?), then he would show us how pickup lines are supposed to work.
Trouble is, I didn't know if he was referring to males or females. Either way, the hat is a winner!
