I cant find any waders anywhere around where I live and I thought you guys might know of a place to buy some since i can buy them out of state and get them mailed. I want the kind that go up to your chest. thank you jesse

Are you looking for a good pair or a cheap pair? Do you want boot foot or stocking foot? There is great difference among the different brands and pricing for them. Check out Cabelas they have a large variety.

Living in Texas I think you would want to stay away from the Neoprene. You will sweat alot in them. Go with a pair of breathable waders. I had numerous types over the years and had worn out so many pair that I decided you get what you pay for. I purchased a pair of Simms Gortex stocking foot waders with Korker shoes a few years ago and still have them to this day. They have an excellent warranty but cost alot more than other types. I was buying the cheaper Cabelas breatable waders and wearing them out in one season. That was unacceptable at $129.00 a pair.

Take them back if they are leaking. Cabelas has a great return policy. I had taken the same ones back a year after I purchased them and got a refund(leaking around the seam in foot). Then swithced to the breathable ones and had worn them out in one season. I went back to the store and told the lady at the Customer service desk my problem and they refunded my money. I decided to called Simms and inquire about their waders prior to buying them and was told by the service rep. he would eat them if I had worn them out. I decided to buy Simms due to their quality and service. I will hold that guy to that promise if I wear them out.
So far they held up to 5 trips to the Salmon River and probable a good 200 river float fishing and wading trips.
