Most people envision a pond as a place to catch the next world record bass or some other type of sport fish. And to get to that goal, they advise to not stock anything that competes with bass or their favorite target. That includes crappie, green sunfish, rock bass and other fish with large mouths. I think Rock Bass are beautiful fish but then I think Green Sunfish are a lot prettier than bluegill. However, I still toss them on the bank.
