Just wanted to let everyone here know that i went fishing in my pond that i stocked adult or 12inch to 23 inch LMB and put in 450 BG from 2 inch to 7 inch.The BG i caught were really fat.

They are feeding on small minnows in they pond that i didnt notice when i wrote my first post.My friend was kicking the fire ant beds in the water cause he hates them and like watching the BG eat them up.But i didnt like that cause i thought it could harm the BG.Is that right??Thanx for any help.

I caught 5 LMB caught the 14inch to 16 inch.The 2 14" where 2.2 and 2.5 pounds and the 3 16" where 2.7 and 2.12 lbs.All looked really fat.I made little spots on the side cause i swear i saw a pack od baby LMB!!!It has been warm here for 3 weeks now and i think i saw baby BG as well cause i know i didnt stock 1 inch BG,so i quickly made places for them to hide.

I just cant believe this is happening so fast.It has only been a month and a half since i put in the BG and LMB.The past 2 weeks i put in 250 of the 500 BG.Can this be right?With all the warmth that we have,and will the babies survive if it gets cold.Most of the time feb is tha coldest month here in myrtle beach.
