Anyone ever heard of a pond with only crappie stocked as a predator and then threadfin, fathead ,freshwater shrimp, small frogs. I was thinking it would be neat to try and lett all the bait have the pond to spawn for almost a year to reproduce before adding the crappie.
Never seen or heard of it yet. I bet you would have to put heavy fishing pressure on the crappie at times. I can think of a lot less fun things to do.
