By the way, I think this kind of thread is Pond Boss Forum at it's best. If I didn't have the forum, my only avenue would be to call the manufacturer, in which case I might be skeptical about their claims. When I've got someone like Greg Grimes who has a great reputation for integrity and who is willing to even test the unit himself, I can then enter into a business transaction with much more confidence.
