What is raw, cold and windy in el dorado? ...........
yesterday it was in the low 40's (downright unbearable), dark overcast with wind gusts to 35......
i knew i'd get some grief over that statement.....after you've lived here for at least a year.....anything less than 60 degrees is cold, anything blocking the sun makes it raw.....and wind over 25 mph is windy.......
