My complaining is directed at the hosting company that hosts the website and the forum.
The company Pond Boss has been far more patient with that hosting organization than any reasonable organization should expect.
My company does hosting and related services for some of our clients. We have a 1 hour service response time. We promise 24 hour resolution and we usually have any hosting related issue fixed in under 4 hours. That kind of service is my frame of reference so maybe I am unreasonable.
Anyway, I can deal with the Forum issues and have been. It is those that can�t or are so frustrated they have given up on the Forum that I am concerned about!
