I saw one of these in Academy Outdoors (local sporting goods store like a Galyans, Cabellas, Gander Mountain etc) today. It looks substantial enough and could easily be hung under a plastic 30 or 55 gallon barrel. They even sold funnels and other accessories for building your own feeder.
