WW, click on the persons user name (if you are on a thread) in the upper left-hand corner of their post; then a drop down menu will appear and sending a PM is an option.
Otherwise, you may have to try and locate a specific user from the directory.

OK, if you click on "User List" at the top center of the actual forum page, you can locate members by alphabet.
Once found, click on their name and the option to send a PM will be there.
