On Kids weekend, my Grandson took about a 150 yard shot at a big 10 point buck. He missed but I take most of the blame. The afternoon before, a young doe came about 40 yards from us and I cranked his scope down to 2 power so he could find her. I forgot to crank it back up for the wheat patch we were hunting the next morning. It doesn't bother him. He told Grandma that he got buck fever.
