Can anyone Identify the plant/flower. A lady from Texas sent me a bunch of seeds but she isnt sure of the name. Thanks

They are "Yellow Bells" according to my horticulturalist wife.
They grow really well in our climate here in South Texas just North of Houston. They grow really fast and flower most of the summer.
