Can I use regular surfactant on plants in a pond or should I get something more suited for aquatic plants?

I'm not a plant whiz. However, talks with Kelly Duffie of Estes Chemical has convinced me that the right surfactant can be extremely important. Also, make sure that you are using a chemical that is specific to ponds.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

IIRC the reason Roundup is not recommneded for pond use is just because of the surfactant. So I think having the proper surfactant can be important.
