I have a 2 acre spring fed pond in SE Pennsylvania (Chester County). I am considering expaning it to 4-5 acres. Does anyone know of any pond builders, engineers or consultants in my area?

Hello Rob, I would start with a call to your local NRCS office. They can help direct you on your project and consultation with them is free! Here is a link to the federal website you can find your local office from there.
