I work with a lady whose pond has turned copper color with some sort of algae on the surface. The pond is 1 acre when full pool but it is about 4' low right now, normally it is a clear clean swimming hole with fish in it. but now it looks like this
It does have a opening in the edge of the pond and you can see that it looks like a algae bloom underneath
It has been in the high 90 to 100 these last few days, is there anything to do or worry about? It seems once somebody learns a little about ponds that they assume a little responsibility in the welfare of other peoples ponds, which I really don't mind, I just don't want her fish to start dying and would like to help it back to better shape
