Can this pond be expanded? I'd guess it is about 1/4 acre and pretty nice but small, has bass and tadpoles...

The location is toward the bottom of a gentle hill in pasture, so decent runoff should be available. Looking down the hill:

I don't know how much dirt could be moved - it is pretty rocky (at least, toward the top of
the hill).

Any thoughts? Can I make it happen? Are there any PBs near Chenango County NY who could recommend a pond builder???
