Does anyone know what the law is in the state of Oklahoma concerning when a pond is on yours and your neighbors property?
I have a little water hole that is 75% on my neighbors place and 25% on me. I was just wondering what I can do to it.
brand new, never before used 1/4 acre pond.

Bump.
No idea of Okie law; in some states you you BOTH have free access to the entire body of water, but not each other's dry land.
See a real estate attorney. Should be a cheap bill to find out what's legal.
