Tadpoles? Our pond is full of them, they come by the thoudsands when I feed the fish. Also can having to much forage make it harder to catch LMB?

It's like deja vu all over again! Too Many Tadpoles WRT door #2: IMHO with low forage availability, you have skinny, hungry bass. With lots of forage, you will have large, fat, hungry bass. There are definitely other opinions on it, though.

If a bass has too much food, then he may not strike out of hunger. A bass will strike out of anger though. If you make him mad, he will hit your bait whether he has a full belly or not. You keep putting that bait in front of him !!
