Pond Boss Forums INTRO Questions & Observations Hypothetical stocking situation

Say I buy a house with an existing 2 or 3 arce pond.
It has small YP, large but few LGMT Bass, (5) 2 1/2lb channel cat, lots of bluegill and few but large White Crappie. The pond lost alot of water a few years ago and it hurt the population by putting the predator and prey in one small area.

Would it be a bad idea to Stock Black crappie(for ability to grow larger than white) Bass over 3lbs,
(15) HB striped bass(crappie cleanup) and a few more channel cat. (all fish number TBD before stocking)
This plus a feeding program and annual stocking of shiner and minnows.

I ask this because for two reason:
1.There is an existing pond, as opposed to a new one
2. it is a decent fishery but not what I want exacly.

Thoughts?

In general, I'd say eliminate problem fish before introducing new desired fish. Adapting this to your proposed plan, that would mean stock the HSB and additional LMB and let them work on the WCP for a while before introducing BCP and adding more CC.

I have also seen a strong opinion here from a trusted source (maybe Dr. Frankenbruce?) to not mix BCP and WCP, but I don't remember enough of that post to know if it would apply to this situation.
