Anybody have a pond in WV? We are looking to buy land there and I need to know if there are any restrictions, or who to contact before we buy. This will be our retirement home and I would like to put in a large pond...3 to 5 acres in size. It would be mainly for fishing. Would like to have a little dock and keep a small jon boat on it all the time.
