I am finishing up construction of a 25 acre lake that will have depths up to 30 feet. Does anyone make an aeration system/pump that can run enough diffusers for an area that large? My power source will be centralized with all the water that is over 15 feet deep being no more than maybe 600 feet from the power source.

Yes! Rocking piston compressors can aerate a lake up to almost 60 feet in depth. We installed a system in a large HOA lake that had over a mile of underwater tubing running to their airstations. It was a sprawling lake, and needed 2 compressors at each end of the lake to properly aerate the whole thing. I'll send you a private message asking for more details.
