 This is pretty darn good for Iowa.... Iowa Department of Natural Resources 12 hrs � 🎣 Things are looking good at Three Mile Lake! 🐟 In our spring sampling, we caught 5 blue catfish, ranging from 22 to 23 inches in length and 4 to 6 pounds. We also caught 12 really nice largemouth bass (17-19 inches) in the nets. The biggest one was 19.9 inches and weighed 6.19 pounds!Thought I would share

.10 surface acre pond, 10.5 foot deep. SW LA. The epitome of a mutt pond. BG, LMB, GSF, RES, BH, Warmouth, Longear Sunfish, Gambusia,Mud Minnows, Crappie, and now shiners!!...I subscribe!!

they've been known to take the last remaining fish from drawn down lakes and move them to freshly renovated lakes. They've done both at Darling IDK the details of what they have going on at 3 Mile but there are some very impressive LMB caught out of that lake on a weekly basis with all of the tournaments they have going.
