Pond Boss Forums POND CONSTRUCTION Renovating a Pond or Lake? Total renovation of a small 100ft diameter pond

I bought a home and 30 acre mini farm. It had a old overgrown 100 diameter pond . So plans to drain it down dredge it out build a larger dam and finish with a approx 1 acre pond began

Photo is the day we cut down the dam drained and started removing overgrown trees etc

Would be considered an old tobacco barn?

Not sure on the old barn but we like the looks of it

We cut in the core and added 12" pvc overflow. We are working on removing top soil out of the area that will be flooded so it will be a bit before we cap the drain
