Hello,
I have been a lurker for quite some time. My wife and I are purchasing some land in Colorado. So I figured it was time to get serious about planning our pond. Look forward to talking with everyone!

Welcome. I recall another poster who had quite a bit of problems with land/water restrictions in Colorado. Do your research/due diligence.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Welcome. I recall another poster who had quite a bit of problems with land/water restrictions in Colorado. Do your research/due diligence. Yes Sir, it is an agricultural community. Lots of ponds for watering crops.

Nice to have another Coloradan! Where in CO are y'all considering? We are buying land in Costilla County. It is raw land in BFE, just the way I like it!

We are in Gunnison Co as I type. What a pretty late spring.
Been to the Great Sand Dunes and we are off to black canyon in the AM.
Love the views.

We are in Gunnison Co as I type. If ya eat at Mario's on the main drag...be sure and get the "upside salad" and ask for a table...their booths are tight as heck. Marios in Gunny
