Lets start with a fertilized and fed pond. Stock FHM and 2000 CNBG per acre as a forage base.
How many female tiger bass do you stock per acre?

Assuming that you will stock forage a year before predators. Also assuming that you will feed the forage and your goal is a world record bass. Or close to it.
MY personal opinion is around 100.
But, no matter what you do, a single sex predator has trouble keeping up with bluegill spawning in Southern climes.
You'll need aeration or risk an O2 problem caused by too many fish. How do you know you will need fertilization? Have the soil tested. If you're in pine tree country there is a good chance that you will need it and lime before fertilizing.
The wild card might be the location. What part of Alabama? That determines your growing days and rate.
As usual, it all depends.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

I have non reproducing predators in my pond with tilapia that over winter every year and CNBG and GSH. I am having a hard time keeping enough forage in my pond. I think I might have too many predators even though they don't reproduce. If start having an issue with you forage over populating add a few more predators.
the good thing on them not reproducing is you can control the numbers of them.

How many female tiger bass do you stock per acre? The question will be how do you keep the right size structure within your forage base to max growth and condition on the Tiger bass (only females). That will be effected the T-LMB stocking over time. For example in years 1 and 2 - 1-4 inch BG will be the food source but in years 4 ,5 etc larger BG will be needed. If its a one time stocking of LMB then you will manage differently that you would if you did a ladder stocking of LMB over time. Traditional stocking #s are not applicable in a non-predator reproducing pond.
