If you mean per year, I believe it's a "maybe". They might have a secondary spawn in the early Fall. IIRC they spawn in the spring once water temps get above 60�F. It's best to time your stocking before they spawn to get the most bang for your buck.

Threadfin shad spawn starting at 67 to 70 �F (19 to 21 �C) and broadcast adhesive eggs over vegetation and woody debris. Prolific spawners, shad mature in less than 1 year and produce large quantities of eggs. The length of the spawning season is variable and spawning can occur over a broad temperature range. The shad spawns in the spring when the water temperature is in the upper 60�s F. A pelagic (open water) schooling species often introduced as a supplemental forage, threadfin shad spawn in the spring and early summer with a secondary spawn often occurring in the early fall. Spawning usually occurs early in the morning on available vegetation. The eggs adhere to submerged and floating objects. Females lay from 2,000 to 24,000 eggs.
