Is anyone familiar with these? I am thinking about stocking a new pond with this cross from Mont. Al. Will they reproduce?

They are not IMO hybrids. They are 2 separate strains not species.
I have used them and they are good fish (American Sportfish). They reproduce just like LMB because that is what they are. Lots here on the subject look up F-1 LMB or "tiger bass".

I have them in my pond and they are doing well. i actually have feed trained version from American Sportfish. This was june 2012.
They are growing, but of course i am feeding them like crazy. almost everyone i catch is 110-115% relative weight. Genetics, patients, plans, and plenty of good advice will make it happen!
Bob really helped me do it the right way.

Beautiful fish to keep in pond.
Also they reproduce well.
