April 19, 2002 From: JOHN LONGENECKER Malibu Water Resources The Koenders Pond Aeration Windmill puts out about 1.5 CFM of air and that works very well on a farm pond up to 1.5 acres about 12 ft. deep. Wildlife Ranch Supply also sells the Koender windmills in Texas. I would agree with everything said. The windmill is factory recommended to cover up to an acre. This can be stretched and can actually run two airstones through the use of a T and valves. This is especially useful for odd shape ponds (not that many are perfectly round).
