Well, I got my WE and SMB this weekend, but they gave me far more than I ordered. I ordered and paid for 25 of each, but they gave me 38 WE and 60 smallies. I put all the WE in but gave away 20 of the smallies to a neighbor. I assume that means my FHM will go faster than expected. I also expect I'll have to harvest more and sooner than anticipated.

Do you have any link to an old thread about your pond and scenario?
It sure is hard to refuse free sometimes, but it can come back and bite you once in awhile. Nobody can really advise you without any case history.
