Can anyone point me in the right direction for finding a good website for pond liners. Some liners are better than others. Any good websites that are popular that I can look into? Trying to compare prices from liners to clay.

Just Liners use to have some pretty decent pricing. In the past couple years, the EPDM 45mil liners have shot way up in price. That really sucks!

Thats one of the sites I have visited. I know what you mean about price hike. I own a swimming pool business and liner prices have been going up past few years. Any info on those containment liners?

I haven't really looked into the poly liners much. Visions of deer frolicking around the ponds edge hasn't sold me on that idea yet.
Some have mentioned using billboard tarps.

Seen that one a while back. Stony Creeks prices are actually reasonable now. A 50x100, 45mil is about 3700 bucks ![crazy crazy](/images/graemlins/default/crazy.gif)

I have visited the sites mentioned so it seems I am on the right track. I do plan on burying the liner. I think this is the better route over bringin in clay. Any suggestions on what type of soil I should use to bury the liner? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to do this right.

I don't think the soil type matters as long as it is free of debris, like sticks or things that could poke a hole in it. All I have up here is sand and gravel.
Look into the venting requirements for under the liner. Trapped gasses can accumulate and blow it up like a balloon.
