I just had a pond put in and come to find out that the person building it put a crack in my 24" over flow pipe. We have tried putting a rubber seal on the inside with a metal band that expands outward but it's not working. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this crack sealed.

Welcome to the forum. What type of pipe is it? How big is the crack? And where at in the overflow pipe is the crack located?.... As Nolan Ryan Says, "Cracks are bad."

You have a very good chance at winning a court case if he put his pipe in. You may want to pursue this before you spend any more of your money. Hopefully you had a written contract. Good luck.
Two ponds, 13 and 15 acres on the Mattaponi River.
