Well, I am hoping that I can leverage the pondboss forums diversity.
We have found a property that we are going to make an offer on but I want to talk to a good local contractor first.
That is where I need some help. Mike Otto recommended I post here and ask to see if while the Pond Boss EXPO is going on, if it is possible to get some folks to talk and let me know if there are any good pond contractors in the South-Central Virginia area. Halifax county in particular.
I appreciate any help you can give!!

I looked in the resources section. Listed there is a company for NC,SC named Foster Lakes. By their description, I get the feeling they work on larger govermental jobs, but they do list construction/renovation in a vague way. Might call them and see if they have references............Jim

Mike, Look at the NRCS website and find the closest office to the land site. Call them and they should be able to provide some contacts. Heck, they may even come out and look at the site for you.
