My neighbor has about 5 tons of river rock left over from landscaping his flower beds. He asked me if I wanted for free to get it outa his driveway. Figure its gota help in my pond. You guys think I should just spread it around for spawning beds or lump it up in scattered areas? Its small 2-4 inches with small pea size mixed in.

What is the status of your BG beds (if any) ( a double hand full in each bed)? Next would use it for predator beds (LMB , SMB) - (larger rocks with some small stuff in each bed). I would not just spread it out unless there are other reasons to do so.
