Well I don't know if you remember me, but I was on here a couple months ago asking about some stuff with the pond I was "messing" with. I put in about 25 bass, about 10 under 10 inches, 14 from 10-14 inches, and 1 17 incher. I was feeding the bluegill last summer, until it got cold. I will start feeding again as soon as it is warm enough to bike down there, this Ohio weather is screwing my feeding and fishing up. I was down there a few days ago, and saw about 10 bass cruising the banks! I was just catching and removing some of the GSF and HBG and a bass ate one as I was reeling it in. It was 20 in. and had a crazy girth, the fattest I've seen caught! It was full of eggs and bluegill. The biggest one in there last summer was 17 inches and I put it in in August I think. So it grew 3 inches over the winter! Unless there was one in there before that but the neighbors said nobody has ever caught a bass in there, the owner said there were none, and I never caught or saw one, even with live bait. So I should be on the site a little more often now and will keep you guys updated, hopefully they will have a good spawn and it will balance out a little bit again.

Welcome back Jason... How big is the pond? Do you own it or just manage it?

About 2.5 acres. I don't own it, it is an old neighbors that doesn't do anything with it so I decided to.
